I'll leave you with this wonderful stop motion film by Kirsten Lepore.

It's about a transoceanic correspondence/friendship/affair.

Two creatures from two different parts of the world fall in love and find a way to be together.

It's magical and wonderful and funny and is a tear jerker at the end. It's won a lot of awards for this brilliant young artist (currently working toward her MFA at CalArts).

I'll think of this as I'm flying over the ocean today, gratefully acknowledging the Boeing 777 that is taking me to see my friends who live in a different part of the world.

Next stop: Uganda!!
