on my way

First thing Friday morning I'll be on my way to Uganda.

I actually made this pastel drawing for Eddie, my husband, who has now turned into a cyclist (with a new white bike he calls "White Lightning").

But it seems fitting for my departure from rainy Kansas City, too.
