view from the train: sea pictures

I spent the past 32 hours on a train from LA to Portland,  on Amtrak's "Coast Starlight" to be exact.  I made a lot of photos - all through my not-so-clean window, all while the train was moving at a good clip.

Here are a few images that may make it into my "Sea Series." There was a 104 mile stretch of the trip that ran along the edge of the ocean. It was gorgeous.
